Mr Andrew Gemmell BDS MFDS RCS (Ed)

 

Andrew qualified from Newcastle University with Merit in Clinical Dentistry and enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially oral rehabilitation and providing extra-coronal restorations such as crowns and bridges.

 

As well as working at Sunderland Road Dental Practice, Andrew works as an Academic Clinical Fellow in Primary Dental Care within the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Newcastle University. This unique position within academic dentistry and dental practice allows Andrew to bring current clinical research into the practice setting.

 

Nationally, Andrew represents the North of England on the Primary Care Research Committee at the Royal College of Surgeons (England) in London.
