Patient Forum

Our patient forum meets regularly with the practice managers and practice principals. The purpose of forum members is to express the opinions of patients with regards to improvements that can be made to the practice.

 

The forum meet on a quarterly basis and if you are interested in joining then please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing PatientForum@happysmiles.org.uk or telephone 0191 455 4800 and ask to speak to a practice manager.
